Try Carlos and Alexandra....husband/wife duo....located off Calle 13 on the road to Playa Bonita....right near the last quad rental place and where you can drive down onto the beach. At least the money you'll pay will be going directly to them rather than the exorbitant price at the spas...

This is directed at the bunches of teens hanging out, drinking out of the backs of their vehicles, getting into fights, etc....just like down on the Mirador....I don't think it's directed at tourists like you (or me)....or even local families that want to spend the evening on the malecon....
