I'll second that.....I don't fish, but one of my friends used to spend the afternoon on a little rubber dink off Playa Bonita catching them, and his German wife would cook them up....fantistic....no "fishy" smell or taste...it's all in the prep and seasoning!!! But they are one ugly fish!!!

A condo on water.....the motion up on that flybridge must be horrendous even with a little rocking.....I had a sailboat and was up at the top of the mast (bosun's chair).....even a little rocking that was almost imperceptible at the deck was mangified (28 times!!!!). I wonder what is considered...

And lots of luck on "taking over" an HOA that is being run poorly....the info I have is that at least one of the HOA's is controlled by a Mexican corporation (that built the condo????)....they own enough of the property to have voting control....so you have the HOA controlling that you have to...

Took a look down the runway at the old Penasco airport coming into town, and saw vehicles all the way down the runway...looked like wrecks. What's the story? Is the old airport officially closed? Don't they want someone landing? There appeared to still be people at the terminal building....
