Russ...I had heard some about the "local" sand drags....but there used to be a yearly one from people from the states....that's the one I was referring to.....that I thought they had stopped doing.

I thought the Sand Drags hadn't been held for a couple of years....at least????? I'f I'm wrong....let me know.

Stuart...I saw Mark and Barb last weekend. They're both doing fine....have been extremely busy...with food distribution, fishing (MArk) and that new website Mark mentioned. He hasn't been very active on FB either.

There was a rumor floating around town this weekend that the Sandbar would be closing for a couple of months until Spring Break. Saw Chris, one of the owners, and he said definitely NO! They were staying open. So you lushes on the Mirador will continue to have someplace to drink!!:rofl:
