So...the rental company has a contract with the resort....isn't that the HOA???? Or is "the resort" some other entity? Are you also saying that the owners who do not have a contract with the rental company also have no say as to who is or is not the exclusive rental agent? That is what you're...

So...let me get this straight.....the rental company has no controls over it.....they only have a contract with the individual owners that allow them to rent their units, but not with the HOA. So what right does the rental company have to try to charge individual owners if they decide to rent on...

Question for all you owners....does the HOA or anyone else perform any kind of audit of the rental company to verify which units have been rented...has that ever been done? Results????

Rosy's is pretty good for breakfast....when Rosy is there.... The place used to be very friendly...but when they expanded...it felt like the "customer service" went down hill. As tourist business has declined, they seem to have gotten a bit better.

Pintopoint and Kenny....I don't doubt that there are many great beaches and coves in CA......with perfectly clear and safe water.....but when I think of the "masses" that go to the CA beach....LA area and San Deigo...you have to admit that they leave something to desire.... As for Cholla Bay...

Pintopoint.....why is it that everytime it rains heavily.....you get reports of the beaches being closed because of the runoff from the LA River?????

What is incredible about the sunsets in Rocky Point is that you can get these kind of photos on a regular basis....I get several each trip down!
