OK, so I just made myself a cocktail to enjoy while sitting on the patio and I see 4 buoys placed off the beach that I ain't ever seen before this evening. One close enough to see with naked eye and 3 further out that I see with the binoculars. Any idea who/ why they are there?

For personal use, shouldn't be a problem. I would keep them labeled correctly in their original containers to avoid any delays.

I have been at Encanto since Saturday AM and it was busy at this playa! I haven't been to town yet, so I can't comment on how busy town was.

I agree with Russ and Stuart also. I go to a carnecerria (butcher) diagonally across intersection from the Telmex office. Meat is fresh cut to order and is the best beef I ever ate. I go there every time I'm in town for Ribeyes and NY strips.

We went through about 6:15PM last night. The reason they were asking about the passport card is that if you have the card, or any acceptable card that has the RFID-enabled WHTI-compliant feature that can be read electrionically, and not a passport book, you will be able to use the new "fast"...
