AZ Game & Fish used to provide lake level reports, which were updated weekly. Couldn't find anything for the whole state on their site now, just a few individual reports.

I used to go to the roof of El Capitan whenever we had new people come down to Penasco with us....360 degree unobstructed views...but unfortunately, the last time it was "suggested" that I not go up....

Yeah...I have a couple of older AT&T/T-Mobile phones I got unlocked...and use them for Telcel Amigo plan, but don't use them for data. From what I saw for rates for those 2 companies mentioned earlier, it's got to be competitive to get a data plan with Telcel. AT&T has a Mexico plan now...

So that means you actually live in the City of Phoenix.....I had a similar situation....had a Glendale post office, but lived in Phoenix.

Are you able to get phone service from Telmex out there? How about mobile phone service---->Telcel? A broadband USB adapter might be worth looking into....

A lot of that area is a mismosh....one side of the street is in Phoenix, while the other may be in Laveen(or the res).....you should take a look at the Phoenix boundary maps..... http://phoenix.gov/BNDMAPS/keymap.pdf There are crappy areas all around town...there are parts of Paradise Valley...

It's one thing to get it when you are home....but I ruined a perfectly good weekend in Penasco that time....spent the night hugging the toilet, and the next day curled up in bed with cramps....

take Fremont (street where Red Cross/Black Dog are) towards Los Conchas, one block past the Pemex at Sinaloa (street to Capones and beach)
