I'd agree. Don't get me wrong, I'm not anti-development. Many of the Sandy Beach projects are gorgeous and add a lot of value to Penasco and I know a number of folks that own condos there and are perfectly happy. But I hate seeing these "dream" projects that go bust as so many throughout Mexico...
