Don't know the laws in Mexico, but in the states, you have to be a licensed "captain" to take "passengers for hire"... and the requirement is pretty stringent...I read somewhere that the owner is American...does Mexico even license non-mexicans as a "captain"???

You are still required by law to have Mexican liability coverage! Go to Rosie's site...www.proalliance.mx....go and look at the insurance companies she writes policies on and look at their coverage. Yes, they cover you at Mexican rates...but you can buy coverage at higher labor...

did you check the appliance store on Constitution heading towards Super Ley off Benito Juarez...it's on the left side of the street...about 1 block up...near the Bus station??? They have most appliances, and the prices are reasonable.

A couple of the articles that I saw on the topic indicated that you could use a video camera....get high def and a good lens...just need to find one that lets you stream....if you put it outside, you'll definitely need some kind of enclosure....
