Anymore I catch more grouper from shore than I do Corvina . Grouper hang in the rocks and Corvina are prime to being netted amongst the many nets being set.

The could turn the entire SOC into a protected area and it would not matter. They can not enforce the area that is protected already.

Another suggestion is a corkscrew swivel. I saw them for the first time fishing Alaska last summer and I loved them once I figured them out. I have not bought any for RP fishing yet as I have enough swivels but will give them a shot once I need to resupply.
