I believe that if someone sees anyone doing damage the resort they should report it. My unit iis used less than 8 days a month. Many units are used fulltime. An owner that lives there fulltime said she did not like paying for my guest to use the pools. That is why there is Privada.

Bellla Sirena is also quiet. There are less than 50 condo in the rental pool with Seaside. We are not a cement Bee HIve on weekends and holidays. Always pool chairs available.
