They won't do anything with them. they will be absorbed into the social system barely getting by like many there. The goal is to get to the US and receive section 8 housing , food stamps, free Obama cellphones, internet etc. Many are young females with a few children, no male to support them...
I have heard the condos on Sandy Beach got it too, leaks up the wazoo, as long as there wasn't crazy wind with it I'm not concerned. The wind scrambles roof tiles.
Russ says 6"rain in cholla, Mondones weather station shows nothing, I'm hearing the entrance to Las Conchas has a huge sinkhole and is impassable, wtf is going on there?
New
I don't care who developer is, anyone who signs on the dotted line without getting the key is a moron. I predict this to be dead quickly. Just hope another half- ass structure isn't started and left to rust on my beach.
All they do is haul out the "force majeur" clause and you are sittin in...
E mail from LC HOA today: This afternoon a swimming accident occurred in Section 8. A renter drowned as a result of the large waves and angry seas we are experiencing today. This individual was a 78 year old male.
You jumped the track. Las Conchas HOA sent out an e mail that speaks of a structure being built in section 5 where there was major beach damage during high tides and the eclipse,It has nothing to do with Encanto. I haven't seen it but would appreciate a picture if any of you are there.
Long haul from LC. More options , better. As this town continues to grow I'm sure it can support more eating and drinking establishments. Manny's was a tradition, we'll see.
