LAGUNA SHORES RESORT , MICHAEL ROBERT KLINE is the owner. He went to Prison in New York for mail fraud .CONDOS doesnt have TITLES if you buy a fractional make sure that have TITLE first, because they used to make fraud selling condos with NOT TITLE.. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM LAGUNA.He divorced because he was in JAIL for FRAUD. the divorce documents showing that Michael Kline has been ordered to pay child support all these years and has NOT. Yet it appears that he likes to show how generous Laguna shores is to people in Rocky Point at Christmas.......He likes to look good in front of people yet he doesn't take care of his own children..he was in jail in LOS CABOS SAN LUCAS for destroying enviromental desert reserve to build ROLLING HILLS states resort find him in the web. on pictures shows how faces are changed so that people do not recognize him. He was friends with the famous Jeffrey MacDonald: Jeffrey R. MacDonald 00131-177 Served time at FCI Sheridan from July 1991 to May 2003. Currently serving time at FCI Cumberland. U.S. Army medical officer and a member of the Special Forces Green Berets who was convicted in 1979 of killing his wife and two children. same time when michael was in prision. SEE the pics. What about wife fraud, He committed fraud to his WIFE selling a Scottsdale property for $500,000.00 DLLS. Do you trust in laguna shores? see this picssss..... I have never received a penny from Michael for the girls or myself. Any man that denies his own children is not an honorable man.
Michael is not the big shot he thinks he is.....He is not powerful or wealthy. He only tries to look like he is. He has proven that he has a very mean and vindictive side. I was very happy when the judge here in Arizona stated that Michael is not an honest man! The authorities here know what he is like and that is helpful
He wants to be liked in Mexico as he cannot live in the United States. He is fearful of any Mexican officially complaining about him.
He even tried to leave us homeless and without a car etc....Monster Michael indeed.

Hi guys, I know that might not be writing these things, but I hate lying to people like Mr. michael robert kline director of laguna shores does, I do not understand why you are angry at my posting on which the monster is Michael K. and also He did fraud as he did on his own wife and leave his family completely in the street, he committed FRAUD in Mail fraud in New York, it's something you do not understand? is not possible that people like this do business in mexico with a full history of frauds, Tell me who has bought in laguna shores in the present? They have built homes? you well know that most of the land HAVE NOT TITLES, the timeshare or fractional they sell do not have title of property, those are NOT on behalf of laguna shores, they sell the condos that are owned by other people, LIE THIS IS YES or NO? show me the titles of timeshare properties then., How many innocent people bought? how many more people will you cheating Michael? A person who has child support in Arizona and was sentenced by the COURT and hides in mexico is not a trustworthy person, the PHOTOS of the court papers that I showed to you guys they are valid and it's true I do not tell any lies, He DONT want their own children, ask for his divorce reason, Cheating? He was faithful to his wife? You judge maybe I'm bad writing this but also know that makes a lot of fraud with the properties that have been sold in laguna shores, and maybe you will not say anything because some of you are in the same business. NO MORE FRAUD to Rocky Point because the poor people are paying the consequences and no one wants to buy houses, condos, land or invest to keep building on that pretty city of Rocky Point. I'm sorry that you do not like these but I do not like injustice and I will continue doing this with someone else who commits injustice in REAL ESTATE business. Thank You. If some body likes that a person abuse of others, then you are the same crap.

Of course, but in my opinion spreading them out time wise or commenting on the existing post would bring it to more people's attention. I do disagree with you on one thing Jerry. Not a kayak, you'll never get the stink out and a Kayak is a terrible thing to waste

Hello, I just bought a fractional share with Laguna Shores, they talked me into and i thought it was a really good deal but Im not so sure anymore, is there anyway i can get out of it? I need help please

Cheaper to walk away than to get more involved. Cancel any check, cancel CC payments' They will threaten but can in reality do NOTHING in Mexico.

We bought land in December 2016 at Laguna Shores. Now we are building a house and we really like the people there. I can't believe any of these problems. While our house is being built they even are letting us stay in a condo so we can go and see the progress. We have a friend in Casa Grande, Az. that is living there and loves it. I would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone. Don't believe everything on the internet. Our house will be done in April. 2017 .We can hardly wait.

I am glad to hear that you are happy. I bought there at the beginning and never built I am trying to sell the lot but no ever gets back to me.

Our house is almost finished 3 more weeks and should be in. Wayne Cocron our salesman and his staff are awesome.
My son in law is a doctor and he can hardly wait to come here.
We are very happy and please don't believe this negative person that's spreading bad things, they are NOT TRUE.
