Very often this kind of show features a central market with all of the amazing things that are displayed and available. What a shame we don't have something like that here. Please don't say the Malecon or Shacks.

There is a small fruit and vegetable market that used to be at Fremont and Sinaloa, but it moved. It's not a market on a grand scale like you'd see on the TV shows or in big cities, but the locals shop there. Roberto once posted the new location, but I don't remember where it is.

IT's still on Sinaloa about 4 blocks past the Ferrocarril, on the right hand side coming from Fremont. It's a family run place and I have always found the produce to be very good.

I didn't like it at all the only time I went in there. Guess I'll try it again.
