With the controls that far forward, you're ass is going to take a pounding in our seas. Seriously... think panga. Where is the operator? ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK. Why? Smoothest place on the boat in chop.

Just sayin'...

Nice working boat, but I don't think you'd fair well in it except on flat seas in the Cortez.

Crescent City, Cali... close enough. I'm not saying they are bad boats, Kenny. Simply that they serve a different purpose. True waves and Pacific swell are one thing. Wind-blown against the tide flat-faced two second interval Sea of Cortez chop is entirely different and as I said, ass-pounding in a boat under 20 ft., especially at the bow. My old Bayrunner had that dory style bow on it and it was a terrible ride in rough seas. Beat the crap outta you and the boat. I had to have the T-top and center console welded back together twice on that boat from being beat apart by Cortez chop.
