What do you mean, "Willing to work as contractor as needed." You need a cleaning person or a contractor? Your not going to find both in one.

Ja ja ja ja. They'd prolly do as good a job as some of the contractors work I've seen !!

Read as "Not a salaried position, paid by the job performed as a private maintenance contractor"
