So, since Roberto the Official Traffic Coordinator has been snoozing on the job. I'll ask the question. What's the scoop on the construction on Benito Juarez, Samuel Ocana, and the pothole situation around town?

The roads are not done. It takes 15 minutes to get anywhere. Samual Ocaña closely resembles the moons surface. I took a bus the other day to Hermosillo and the taxi dropped me on the wrong side of Benito and said I had to walk across to get the bus.....I hope ( I know) it is all worth it. I am sure it will be

If you think it's a PITA when you visit, imagine how bad it is on a daily basis. I am just grateful that they did not rip up Josefa at th same time.

Best route to the condos is to the Coastal Highway past Laguna Del Mar to the roundabout with the Pemex.
Best route to anywhere else is really Josefa then a right turn at any of the traffic lights to go across town or to Fremont and Unconscious. Bear left at the first traffic light coming into town for Josefa.

I know this is a long shot of a question.....
What is the estimated time of completion? (in Rocky Point time o_O)
Wondering if it will be traversable by Circus Mexicus

From what I saw Todd utilities were buried and the street was level dirt, all that was needed was the paving. Hey Todd who has the best Hornitos tequila price? Hope Roberto don't see this!

Yes, BJ is still blocked off. The lane on the west appears to be in cement most if not all the way. The other is still in dirt. Have been fortunate the I no longer need to go on Ocana so I have nothing to offer about that. Progress on BJ is grindingly slow.
