Pane E Vino has superior food and service. I did not mention it because I interpreted the request narrowly, sea food specialty restaurants. While Pane E Vino does offer some, I think of it as a Continental Italian restaurant. Try it, you sill not regret it. Luca really cares about food and it shows. He prepares or directly supervises everything that comes out of his kitchen, seafood and all.

So WHERE IS IT

Bill, as you leave Mirador area in Benito Juarez going north towards USA, at the railroad tracks, to the right you have Kino Blvd and to the left you have the green pharmacy "Cosmos" in that same shopping center at the opposite end you will find Pane e Vino.
The easiest way to get to the restaurant from the street is to go in thru to the entrance by the pharmacy and drive to the other end.
You will LOVE his food!!
