The question is what will be the best way to get rid of all those bloated Boomer corpses after the heatstroke kills them and they start stinking up the beach.I really think the dynamite solution is the way to go.
Those are some high expectations! The reason why we're screwing with you is because this EVENT is not happening and you're the only one bringing it up. We're all finished discussing this topic because it is dead in the water. The minute they moved the concert to September, the hottest most humid month in RP is the minute this concert became dead in the water.

I just do not get it at all. When you buy a ticket to a concert you are buying a performance. Until there are performers identified there is no performance to buy. So how can anyone (except maybe a condo salesperson) offer something for sale that does not exist. It seems at the levelof an idea so who wants to buy a ticket to an idea that may or may not materialize? Same goes with investing in infrastructure. My fear is a potential black eye for Penasco.

Too many posts for you Roberto, time to go away to ban camp! LOL On a more serious note, are you leaving our beloved Rocky Point?

That's the plan man. Got the home on wheels I've been looking for. It's up in Tucson at the moment. Probably be a couple of more weeks as Jerry is going up then and I am going to have them make some mods and tune the genny. Intend to be gone from Penasco as the heat and humidity index climbs in July. Road trip to the US first then meandering down the Mexican coast.

So I guess you finally found a buyer for your place, congrats! Are you leaving Rocky Point permanently or just for the hotter months of the summer? You've been a fixture of this forum long before I was a member and we will be losing a great contributor. How else am I going to know where MOORE parks his boat? Does it smell like fish or doesn't it, is there any activity in the Mirador? Safe travels and update your journey with fotos, a mi me gusta fotos GUEY

I need to do something about internet on the road. I'm not real tech savvy these days as I've been away from it for too long and changes seem to happen frequently. I'm pretty sure there some workable options with Tel Cell but I also do not want to spend a fortune for access. Looking for wireless connections might be real iffy. I still use a tower computer so I guess I need a notebook or laptop. Maybe one of those I-Phones would do the trick? I have a tel cel phone but would like to hook up the Magic Jack while on the road. Any thoghts anyone. And OH yea KISS. No mumbo jumbo from the well informed please (Got that GV?)

First...What do you plan on doing? Are you just going to browse the net and do e-mails? Are you going to download movies, like your usual porn things. etc?IPads are really great, if you want to spend $600.00+. Kindles are pretty good also and not that expensive. Best Buy has a good deal going on a Dell, 15.6"Lap top with enough stuff do do most tasks. $295.00 +/- Not for gaming, etc. I just purchased a $175.00 Android Tablet. So far, so good. Does internet, e-mails and will download movies, etc. Good picture. I'll show it to you when I get there. The biggest problem you will have travelling is getting the internet connection. Most hotels will have it, many campgrounds in the US will have it, but I can't speak to traveling through Mexico. In Mexico, I have used a Telcel Amigo USB Modem and it has been acceptable. It works off of any Telcel 3G signal and Iget decent reception in Lost Concsious down on the beach. For your purpose you can get about 3 Gigs for approx $39.00 US for 30 days. If you run throughit you just "Top Off" on line. Downloading movies isn't too big a drain but video streaming will wipe you out right now. Just about any place you get a phone signal, you can hook up to the internet with that modem.Just to throw some stuff into the game, I have purchased an AT & T MIFI Hot spot with a Telcel SIM card. I can hook up up to five devices on it wirelesslyat one time. Telcel does sell MIFI Modems at that central store. They also sell the USB Modems. When I get down there, I'll show you this stuff and run youthrough the process. Sounds confusing, but actually pretty simple. What I'm saying is basically that when you're travelling in the US, you should easily get WIFI..Hotels, Big Macs, Starbucks, etc. Mexico will be more of a challenge.

Cheapest way to go like most locals is a laptop, most rv stops and hideouts have wifi, The apple phones are ok but crash while your texting, Blackberry's is a foolproof phone and will handle your forum post when wifi not available.
