Update for you long time Chino's Place fans. Unfortunately, he passed away on October 22. The family will continue the taco stand and you will not be dissappointed. Same awesome food and really nice people. Stop in next time you are in town. Reminder that the new location is on Benito Juarez, east side of the street just a couple hundred yards north of the Albatros bus station.

Very sad. My friends & I bought tacos from Chino Man for at least 10 years. Once, Chino let me put on a frock and cook for him- it was a lot of fun!

I just saw Chino the taco guy today......he is down on the Malecon again with his seventh wife and all. For a dead guy he looked really good. He was in a good mood and selling a lot of tacos. I think we must be talking about 2 different Chino tacos guys that live in Peñasco.
Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix will be there too!
