Of course not, they couldn't have arrested me for my thoughts, and besides, it was pitch black out there and you're just speculating anyway. Now for you running stop signs without a thought on our way home, I too could only speculate on that too!

I only go through the "Optional" stop signs. You learn about them after a few years here. I tried to train GV but he did nto listen and got busted. What does all this have to do with Gout anyway?? I just checked and it is clear that GV caused the derail.


On topic. Question for all inflicted with this: What were the first symptoms of gout you experienced?

Answer: Severe pain in a joint. Usually starts in the toe, but can occur any joint. Almost always starts at night.

When I say pain, I mean you can't stand even having a sheet on the foot. Swelling and turns bright red. In the joint.

So the skin is very sensitive around the joint as well as pain in the joint itself?

Yes it is, but the pain is usually so severe that you really aren't interested in touching the skin.

I have had occasions where after awhile and the healing starts that it gets to be itchy. You go to itch and
whoa, I wish I hadn't done that. Generally it's nasty stuff. You may have to give up the red wine.:roll:

I hope Roberto doesn't get it Jack. Can you imagine trying to hold a conversation with that man while he's scratching his joint with one hand, while guzzling wine with the other?
