Really close at the big curve. It should be done enough so you don't get off it by next week.

Actually it is 100 yards if you ignore the Desomboque sign and just go straght. At the end of the pavement take a left and go around the dirt burm. Just don't hit the construction workers:wink:

That is funny...in the states they would give you a double fine and arrest you...Mexico they sort of squint and give you the go ahead ..I still have the bottom quarter of my truck covered in tar from one of those moments

sure - one of the good things about lobos is you do not have to go as far out as you do in RP to get over reefs that hold big fish. all the YT we caught were less than 1/2 mile off from shore.

I should have said, "how far from land do we need to be for trolling or reef fishing?" Usually I'll stay within 8 miles from shore. As far as ocean conditions... if you don't mind a bouncy ride and a little spray....

Being I've never been to Lobos, is lodging readily available, or beach camping an option. How about launching the inflatables, do we have to travel far, or should we bring the wellcraft? Inflatables would make for a much cheaper trip.

no lodging. camping on white sandy beach on the north side of town. launch the inflatables yourself from the beach or bring the wellcraft and pay Arturo $20 to launch you in the jacked up truck/beach launcher.

Just got back . Mucho,Mucho People!!!!!!!!! Understatement!!!. Many thousand people. Pretty funny watching the mud races. Yellows are pretty much gone I think . Caught a couple of small ones . Leigh
