Don't go to Tempe...

I just overheard that 13 people were shot in front of a nightclub in Tempe... Let's hear the news reporters saying don't go to Tempe for Spring Break...
Oh wait all those gun men want to come down here... I'm beginning to think Spring Break would be better without all those gangbanging thugs coming down here... at least we all know it's safe and I for one would like it to stay that way...

Thank You...

One Final Note... Rap Music should be outlawed... all you here in it is capping someones ass or banging someones Ho... no wonder that society is so damn violent...

Hussle never appeared on stage for his headlining performance and instead
tweeted the following
: "AZ....y'all gotta be cool man. This s hi t ain't rite."

Man that no go zone line is headed north faster than 6 RP Fishermen carrying 60lb burlap sacks full of weed pointing toward I-8

Don't forget to avoid grocery stores in Tucson, Arizona. you may get shot and killed. An area to avoid for spring break.

For my trailer park friends.... also avoid Apache Junction / East Mesa since this is one of America's most wanted fugitive hangouts.

Agree completely. The changes away from the drunken student alcohol fueled days is a good one, I think. Spring break is also for families with children, school is out and the wnter is over. Retiree's and semi retirees are ready for a break from the winter. No worries about getting trampled by gangbangers strutting through the crowds on Matamoros. No more hearing the stories about the young ladies who woke up in bed with 3 strange young men after a blackout drinking episode. No more 25 students per room. True the taco stands that sprung up like the flowers of spring along Matamoros will no longer thrive. True Tecate will take a significant financial hit. True the police and emergency services will get a break. True the T Shirt purveyors will not sell many of those F#*k you you F#*king F#*k shirts.

I was disappointed to see one local drinking establishment promoting a Blackout Party. Completely irresponsible behavior. Alcohol consumption is profitable but alcohol poisioning is fatal.

Lets review please, because I can already see where this thread is headed and I think someone needs to put this in perspective. First of all, this ARTIST or RAPPER as ya'll might call him is a NOBODY that IVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF. Secondly, this CLUB in TEMPE isn't an establishment that you go out to for a night on the town. It's in some beat ass STRIP MALL joint that PLAYS MUSIC and SELLS alcohol and looks like some JENKY CASH ONLY BAR that you would find neighborhood only drunks at. This ISN'T a respectable CLUB that you would go to in TEMPE, or any of the BARS you can find down MILL AVE. Lastly, this RAPPER'S FOLLOWING isn't the type of crowd you would find down in ROCKY POINT for SPRING BREAK. This RAPPER'S following are gangbangers. This RAPPER'S following ISN'T ASU/UOFA COLLEGE EDUCATED INDIVIDUALS LOOKING TO LET LOOSE AND HAVE A GOOD TIME. Obviously because it was a RAP concert, ya'll came to conclusion that it was the same 18-28 year olds that are going to frequent RP for SPRINK BREAK. This was a NOBODY gang banger rapper appearing at a NOTHING CLUB in a STRIP MALL in NOTHING TEMPE, with GANGBANGER fans that obviously wanted to GANG BANG. This wasnt a mixed demographic of young people at a KANYE WEST concert!!! It's a little insulting when YA'LL TALK LIKE THAT.

personally, I'm a bit offended by the "in NOTHING TEMPE" part of the above post. I have lived in Tempe for over 30 years, and consider my home town here in Tempe to be a fine place to live. I also understand that a lot of this discussion has absolutely nothing to do with Tempe itself, but about the so-called "rapper" and the "fans" that attempt to attend these "performances". The Clubhouse is a dump, and that should not be confused with a dive bar (which I happen to like and patronize). Let's separate the talk and blame for this shooting, and give Tempe a break. Hopefully, this may be enough to close those doors and perhaps let the space be re-opened as another Goodwill store. I do agree that the folks who were either inside this place, or in line, have never been and will probably never go to Rocky Point at any time. Don't blame Tempe.
peace y'all.

Hey everyone... TEMPE is cool... Tempe is where I lived and worked before moving here to Rocky Point... This post was started sarcasticly in reaction to the medias reports telling people to stay away from Rocky Point... it's been 16 years since I've been to Tempe I don't know what's going on up there... Just like the media doesn't know what's going on down here... For someone that has lived here for the past 16 years and put in as much time and effort as we have trying to make things better for others, then to hear the BS the media spreads about the dangers coming here, and they overlook the shootings that are an everyday occurance in the Phoenix area, it just Pisses me off...

I appologize if I offended anyone by starting this post... and for the media... Don't try and describe the ocean if you've never seen it....

:lol:I am with joester on this one I like dive bars.. The people seem more real than any bar in Shitsdale. but in my opnion if it is east of I-17 it isn't worth driving to. I will hang out with RPjoe out in suncity any day.:woo:

I guess the neighborhood Taverns I called home in the Pacific Northwest would be considered dive bars even though they don't sell hard liquor, but man did we have fun.... I didn't always get the option to "take it outside" at my neighborhood Tavern either; I mean, you can try sometime, but you don't always get what you want.

Sorry, my bad. Guess I'm out of touch, should watch TV more. I am sure I've seen Blackout parties discussed relative to alcohol consumption. Prolly a deliberate double entendre in the local case.

What do you mean Roberto I have one of those shirts.
Hey if it's got neon you could wear it to the Blackout Party !! I"ve noticed that type of shirt is usually purchased by the blue haired grandmas who take them home to the grandkids. I've got one that says I F&%$ on the first date !
