Puerto lobos

Going down tomorrow morning to Lobos. If any one wants to come down to check it out we will be there until monday afternoon. Look for the f250 with a toy hauler about 300 yards to the south of the lighthouse. Leigh

That would be cool!!!!! the weather looks iffy for thursday, but I think it will stay north of Lobos. The only problem is the north wind. Oh well,we'll deal with it. Do you know if they have diesel in desembouque. Leigh

Sorry Leigh... I don't know if they sell diesel in Desemboque... I just did a search for diesel in Desemboque on Google, you might be out of luck...

That would be so cool... Puerto Lobos is so pretty. Do you have the key to the lighthouse, Leigh?

I know the guy that runs the lighthouse,it all depends if he or his wife are there at that time. Usually yes . It would be great to see everyone again, It would even be nicer if it was a good day this time. Leigh. Maybe even do some smoked oysters,

This article should be disturbing to "Americans" that "think" they own a piece of land in P.Lobos.
Or maybe to anyone who "owns" land along the coast of Mexico... Doe's anyone else see how the timing of this action coincides with the near completion of the new coastal highway?

Im not sure anybody owns anything, in the actual little town of Lobos, it looked to me that everything is built in the federal zone, except a few of the houses. This problem also, i dont think involves the actual town, the article says part of it is Los Paradones which are just out of town and is ejido land, I think they were trying to rip the ejido, no titles were issued, the article says they were given city issued constancias or certificates, which legally arent much, they only show you have possesion, but that is long way from having legal title. That kinda sh#t happens all the time. Jerry, where is Playa Karina---- I think all the land involved is actually the ejido that belongs to Enrique and his bunch, that you met last May at your house in Santo Tomas, Im gonna ask him.
