Happy and Occupy Phoenix

I just heard that Happy was one of the 45 members of Occupy Phoenix arrested at the Margaret T. Hance Park last night when they refused to leave the park at 10:30. It was reported that he went peacefully.

OK, I just had an e-mail from Happy. He is OK, a little dehydrated as they kept about 15 people in a 5 man holding cell all night. He bailed out about 1 today. He also has a nasty abrasion on his lower back where he was dragged across some asphalt paving and his pants came loose. He said he thought they were loosening peoples' pants deliberately as he saw several being dragged that way, especially teh females.

Had another note from Happy and he was disappointed at the low turnout in Occupy Phoenix so he's going to NYC tomorrow. Watch for him on the live feeds.

Well, truthfully, he hopes to represent many of the arrested protestors and perhaps the organization. He believes with his well developed communication skills and artful style he will attract a lot of legal business.
