What they mean by "no rentals" is no overnight, short term rentals. Kind of an inaccurate description. Rentals are rentals to me anyway, but what do I know.

Long term (Annual) renters are usually mature family type of people that end up purchasing due to the quality of the Resort. Weekend renters are not always bad but I have a condo in a Resort that does nightly rentals and sometimes the people that rent are really bad.
