From watching news clips from Mexico. The President must have an ace up his sleeve or he lost his mind. He's have rallies telling people nothing to worry about and shaking hands touching peoples faces.
He either has a big supply of the two drugs or a screw came lose. There still 5 more days of the 15 day try to self isolate left. We are trying to order things we need or place an order for pick up at the stores. Today Walgreens will start having drive thru shopping. My daughter lost her job at a fast food place, not enough costumers buying from curb side pick up. Construction doesn't seem to be impacted everyone is staying clear from one another and dust masks are being worn. Soap and water or hand sanitizers are provided and anyone showing signs of being sick are being sent home. New York is in real bad shape.
A woman in Columbia broke the quarantine and was humiliated on TV then she will be doing some time in prison. Nuts. California people are not lisening and gathering at parks with other groups of people. Stores are still bare around me.

Heard from a friend yesterday that she was the only one on Sandy beach in front of the resorts. Policia came over and told her to immediately leave. Cant be mad at the policia its not their decision. Wondering how semana santa going to shape. Are the beaches being shut down to discourage tourist from coming?

Nobody knows what to do. Our local government and I mean at the state level is taking this very seriously. When they cancelled Semana Santa (100,000) plus tourist who spend tons of money here you know they are serious. Our Mermaids Market is closed, the Oaxacan street fair was cancelled which is a big event. Beaches closed most restaurants that are not closed are take out only or max 10 at a time inside....it is taken very seriously. Naomi and I are in our 10th day of self isolation but we will go out for a walk today. I would rather be here with its screw ups than in a city that hoards paper and food because they are so scared.

What are the hundreds of people that become ill going to do when the 1 ventilator is in use? Major US cities are running out of supplies, what does that mean for a place like RP in the middle of the desert in Sonora? Where are patients getting shipped to? Mexicali? San Luis? Hermosillo? This is about mitigating risk. How can you start to mitigate risk when AMLO is going out telling people to "hug each other"?

I don't think that is my concern, we were told what to do by the government that we live under and we are doing that. I can't help how many ventilators there are here anymore than you can help how many thousands are sick where you live so get off your high horse...We are doing what we are told to do. and why would you ‘let him hear it’, or give him shit, if it fails ??

The converse is also true, if he didn’t mention the drug and somebody else ended up bringing it out and it saved lives, you would hammer Trump for not initiating trying the dug.
