I think finning them and throwing them back is cruel and should be outlawed. Like the wolf, sharks are very much the target of hatred and for no reason. The typical shark doesn't seek out people to eat, we are in their environment and thats the chance you take. Sharks are not as plentiful as they once were because of practices like this and once this great predator is gone, the oceans will become unbalanced.
