Wonderful recommendations, all! Thanks so much, and please keep them coming!
So many wonderful places, so little time **sigh**

For this trip, we're thinking Mary's or Flavio on Friday when we arrive (and then Ramons for dinner)
Still working out our plans for Saturday, but I am sure they will include the Coffee Haus in the am and JJ's at the other end of the day.
Sunday will bring the Blue Marlin before we make the long drive home (we love Homero's place!) and are still sorting out all of our other options.

Thanks again for the wonderful recommendations and please keep them coming!

Oops, missed Thrifty Ice Cream Choco-Crunch in a Waffle cone.
Oh yes, indeed! YUMM!
Love that place, too! Esp. when it's hot!
I'm a double choco malted crunch girl myself.
And their pineapple coconut is yummy, too!
Try them together...you won't regret it!

I even hit up the Waterstore in our neighborhood here in PHX sometimes b/c they carry the Thrifty Ice Cream, too!

Amazing stuff, that!

Oooh they all sound wonderful! Have been wanting to try Portofino for forever, maybe this trip and for sure Ramon's, but which location?
And we have been wanting to try Capones, too, but never seem to think Pizza when we are in RP.

So many wonderful places and so little time...looks like we need to stay a week or so!

I'd grab 5 burritos at Reggie's, and go fishin. Nowadays they have at least 5 kinds so that counts, right?
V. clever, Kenny and yep, it counts! Thanks!
Actually, I think my hubby might want to join you!
He loves to fish! Me? Not so much, so Reggie's would be great for a day at the beach, too, no?

Oh these look great, too, Rob! Thanks so much! And the breakdown by meal is perfect!
So tell me, how do we get reservations at that last place? It sounds divine!
