Buoyweather Forecast as of Noon Thursday

This is for just offshore @ Penasco. Click to enlarge. And no, it doesn't look great, but I've seen it a lot worse. Probably fishable in a decent size boat, but rough in anything small. I'm a wuss these days - I won't go out in anything over 1-2's.

Hmmm was thinking of going out with the Panga guys at Santo Tomas if I have to go show my house tomorrow.

There's a reason pangas are the most popular commercial fishing boat in the world. They're sturdy as hell and very seaworthy. I'd take a panga over any fishing boat I've ever had. I had a panga at Rocky Point but it "disappeared" before I ever got it fitted with a motor to use it. It had the name "Marlayna" in big red letters on the side. There's not much you can do about a stolen boat in Mexico.
