How have I missed this place before? Didn't miss it this weekend and wow, I'm so glad! Where? Off Calle 13, going towards Sandy Beach, right across the street from where they rent the ATVs and horses. Great specials everyday, the games, good drinks, excellent staff and service.

Clarke and Samantha run this restaurant and it is a hidden jewel! Try it, it will be your new favorite eats in Penasco.

I'm pretty picky, but you'll feel right at home here.

I understand its the same head chef that also worked at Beach Bum. Several ex-employees at BB that I talked to last final weekend open last week say they have been hired to work there. Glad they will continue to be employed.

They seem to have a good staff, for sure! I had clam chowder and seafood cannelloni Friday, then fried fish we caught on Sat. with tartar sauce and coleslaw (both fresh made), followed by a monster plate of the same fish served Veracruz style with rice and veggies. I was so stuffed I could barely move! :)

Closed as of Jan. 5th. Landlord would not renew the lease. Staff seem to feel he thinks he can take it over and own and run the joint himself. That won't happen for long if that's the case. He'll be sorry. I'll never go back there.
