I remember that building well. Every time I went by it I saw families and other squatters living in it and wondered if they ever got sick from the radioactive rebar.

The Homeport fiasco was a bone thrown to get the votes to fund the huge Guaymas plan.I wonder why Wilcox is part or the plan...lordsburg would be the logical pick

In my opinion Mexican elites invested ton of money in those new hotels on a hope that people from AZ will flock there and they will make a lot of money and so far that did not happen. So they are trying something new to get things going
