The guy who hooked Santo Tomas up (lazaro) has provided us with speeds fast enough to watch netflix (think around 3-4) and the cost is not bad at $150 for 6 months.He is putting in some equipment in the next few months then ready for customers. PM me if you want it...He also has a plan where you get a reduction for months you are not there but not sure if he will do that in Lobos.You pay to his wells fargo account after the install of the antenna

Caborca, Sonora 20 July 2015.- In order to follow up on a number of concerns raised by sectors of the municipality, the president-elect of Caborca, Karina Garcia Gutierrez;It formed a special committee to address and review the situation responsibly guarding the town of Puerto Lobos.

Representing the elected mayor and members of the Special Commission, it was presented on Monday a letter to President Alfonso Jimenez Francisco Rodriguez, in which you are informed of the integration of a new commission for the transition process.

The members of the committee are: Alberto Mendez Barajas, as incoming Municipal Trustee; and citizens, Daniel Salazar B; David Silva B .; Omar Perez L .; Luz del Carmen Pesqueira; Juan Pedro Vanegas Burke; Salcido Ruben Dario Contreras; and Sergio Villa.

In that sense, Karina Garcia said that members of the committee representing different sectors of the community caborquense; such as tourism, business, besides specialists in legal, economic, development, among others.

"Given the relevance of Puerto Lobos as a destination for our town as well as the interest expressed by citizens representing Caborca and productive sectors of the region; we have taken the decision to take particular theme "added the elected mayor.

Importantly, the document that informs the present council of the new commission, is a complement to the statement released on June 15 this year, where people who participate in the transition team of the incoming administration are detailed.

Does anyone claim to know what all this means? I gather it involves some combination of economic development, municipal governance and law enforcement, or am I reading too much into it?

big stuff up on the coast...land grab related and like you said narcos control the whole area now from Santo Tomas to Libertad....if we are careful it should not effect us....just would not invest until money for police,military etc. is pumped in...now than PRI has replaced the PAN criminals it might help

PUERTO PEÑASCO.- According to a statement issued by the press team elected mayor of Puerto Penasco, Ernesto "Kiko" Munro, recent steps taken in the working tour of the state government have already borne fruit, to make the Ministry of Infrastructure and Urban Development (Siddur), through the Local Roads Board, invested 2.8 million pesos in improving the state highway Puerto Penasco-Caborca.
The elected mayor, explained that the section under repair comprises the kilometer 34 + 000 to 38 + 000, where they carry out the work of patching and re leveling asphalt, same that are executed with machinery, equipment and personnel JLC, the Sonora state government for the benefit of the citizens of the town of Puerto Penasco and tourists visiting this destination.

He further recalled that the Siddur achieved authorization of 21 million pesos for the rehabilitation of such State cavalcade, these shall be implemented and applied in the short term by the Ministry of Communications and Transport (SCT), which begins an important stage road infrastructure modernization in the municipality of Puerto Penasco.
