That's why I got an emergency call from my local buddy to let me know that he borrowed my 115Volt Shur-flo water pump to use for his house in town.
I am sure he is one of the many who weren't paying their bills.
Time to upgrade to the Aquatec Pump 6.0 gpm,115Volt pump, $149 vs $85 for a 3.2 gpm pump.

You have to leave the screens on the water tap. But brushing with Sol sounds good too.
