I was surprised by my 2012 Property taxes. For 15 years they have been $80-120 for a Cholla Bay property.
This year they were $230. Had to go back to the bank and get more Pesos.
That amount is a small price to enjoy being here. I hope they use it to fix some of the roads and build another malecon/beach area like I have read about.

Ed, whats going on. Have you been down fishing lately? I think we are headed down April 1st through the4th or 5th. Leigh
