Lovin it in RP!
Gee thanks for posting a comment page with a bunch of ignorant haters writing their spew.

Three groups we look at when we market RP.

1. Those that love us - They will come despite anything, we dont spend a lot on them.
2. Those that want to know us better and want to experience this place, we spend a lot on them....
3. Those that hate us and have a hard time getting away from their old computer in their added onto trailer house to say anything that is useful to anyone except their fellow non passport holding redneck friends. Really? People say they wont go out of the USA because they need a passport? Really? Losers...or as they would say on their comment page "loosers who cant cross the boarders!" lol I love the spelling of these highly educated well traveled people who also have an opinion!

The passport thing stops a wider variety of people than the group you mention Russ.
The Mexico Hate is being brewed on the right to set us up for our next war.In someways it is the perfect war.Bases in the states, they have oil,the country is ready for partition and we need a war soon.

Some of these people's answers are classic! lololololol

"Last Jan., the Mexican Gov't claimed 47,515 drug related murders there since 2006.
Why vacation in a war zone?" ( Ed S. EdScottAz).

" Ed Scott, there were 14,748 homicides in the United States in 2010. From the statistics you stated there were only 7,919 homicides per year for the last 6 years in Mexico. Surely you dont believe the United States is a war zone? We have an almost double the homicide rate and much of these homicides are random acts of violence. The question was in regards to Rocky Point in particular, can you comment on Rocky Point particularly?" (Joe Rothwell).

"
I use to go to Rocky Point 2 to 3 times a year now its been 4 yrs since the last time I was there. Rocky Point has change so much were your paying the same amount in activities and food as if you were in the US. Hotels are are getting more expensive and now you have to drive further out to drive your quads. I rather take a trip to San Diego. But its my opinion." (Victor H 1Extreme)

" "... now its been 4 yrs since the last time I was there. Rocky Point has changed so much ...", Yes, Rocky Point has changed so much that you couldn't tell us one change because that's right, you haven't been there in 4 YEARS. Victor, I understand your sentiment completely, I was also turned off to the fact that they wouldn't allow me to ride my motorcycle around the pool area at the resort, can you believe that?! They asked me to ride it further out, outside the resort?! The nerve! I'm also happy that San Diego allows me to ride my dirtbike all over the city without having to go further out. Victor, you have 1extreme point of view!" (Joe Rothwell)

"
Give me 3 good reasons to go." ( Ed S. EdScottAz)

" BooBar, Fishing, deregulated Vicoden on every block" (Joe Rothwell)

"...
We stopped going in the mid 2000's.
I know many people still go and haven't had any issues up to this point, but I just can't see myself putting my family in a situation were there's an increased risk of them getting hurt. Sure anything can happen at anytime, anywhere, but the chances of something happening if you're in Mexico are greater then being in the good ol' USA..." (Louie P)

"Louie, I understand your sentiment completely. That's how I felt when my parents got lost driving us out of Georgetown in 2000. I was traumatized, I doubt I'll ever go back because like you said, I know many people still go and haven't had any issues up to this point but I just can't see myself putting my life in a situation WHERE there's an increased risk of me getting hurt. Sure, anything can happen at anytime, anywhere, but the chances of something happening in the ghetto outside of Georgetown are greater THAN being in the good ol' puebla de Penasco." (Joe Rothwell)

"Why on Earth would I want to go to a third world cesspool????" (Ray M. RMorris0506)

" I know, New Orleans is filthy!" (Joe Rothwell)

"My life is not worth the benefit of sitting on a Mexican beach. No way no how will I or anyone in my family venture south of the border." (Shirley R. Sweet and Sour)

"Nor will they take birth control, have sex before marriage, drink alcohol or smoke Marijuana" (Shirley R. Sweet and Sour)

"Meanwhile, Shirley R's daughter contemplates voting for Obama while planning a trip to Rocky Point while drinking alcohol and smoking a joint before getting banged by her boyfriend of 16 days." (Joe Rothwell)

"There are a lot of Americans in Mexican jails on trumped up charges by corrupt police and Feds. These Americans are often wasting away for years with no trial. If you don't have the money to buy your way out or no one in the US with money to spring you, you could be looking at a lot of years locked down. The "cultural" experience is not worth the risk." (J S DeadRock)

" I know what you mean, I got caught smoking marijuana in Cholla Bay and I had to sit there and wait forever while pleading my case in spanish nonetheless, the bastards didn't even speak english, can you believe?! The nerve! I was wasting away for 20 minutes while my future was in their hands and it was quite the cultural experience. After making me pee my pants for 20 minutes they finally decided it was ok for me to go. I told the story to about 33 friends who have been arrested in AZ for DUI and possession of Marijuana and they were absolutely appalled!" (Joe Rothwell)
