PTO. ROCKY POINT, ARE.
More than three weeks before the Fiesta Cruiser tourist boat is half submerged in the basin of the docks because of the cold front passed, the "thugs" have begun the process of boning the ship before the competition authorities do something to prevent this situation.
It is in the evenings and afternoons when these people are engaged in unskilled dismember the tourist vessel, which sold for scrap or parts to the highest bidder for a financial incentive, which makes it attractive boned the boat owned by Sherman Smith.
tubes, plates and other objects that represent an economic value, are the parties who first began to dismember the Fiesta Cruiser, by the "thugs" they hit a dip from the old pier to catch the boat tourist is about 20 meters from the sea shore, and which, by ocean currents and crossing of tall ships and fishing boats pirataje makes this dangerous.
The risk to get a few dollars makes it attractive to the tourist ship for more a person who does not have financial resources or employment, and as long as the Fiesta Cruiser submerged without proper care of the authorities, the tourist boat will be a dangerous attraction to thugs and pirates of the sea.
This situation begins to generate discomfort and concern to providers of tourist services and fishermen, for predicting a major accident happen by following the Fiesta Cruiser in the middle of the entrance to the harbor from the docks, it is the natural step for offshore vessels, yachts and fishing boats passing night by the waters of Rocky Point.
They say that Puerto Penasco is a unique place in the region of the rhythm of the tides, which can rise and fall more than 4 meters sea level, making it at high tides when the sea water almost "cover" the Fiesta Cruiser and this makes becoming a hot spot of potential accident.
Therefore, service providers and fishermen seeking warmly marine authorities, port and government act in the matter before it happens and there is a serious accident fatalities than sorry.

No sh&$T!!! That's an accident waiting to happen.....particularly at high tide when it is almost completely submerged, and just below the surface.

Yeah, I was kinda amazed that it's sitting smack in the entrance to the harbor as I headed out of port last weekend. But, I *knew* it was there and knew to look for it. Somebody transiting to Penasco from another port may not be so lucky.

Viva Mexico, I guess. If it was the US, the Coast Guard would of made sure it was gone by now or at least moved out of the harbor entrance. Serious hazard to navigation and safety. Just sayin...

If the owner won't remove it and the authorities won't remove it then i have no issues with the "thugs" taking it apart for scrap metal.

I popped a GPS mark as we passed it two weeks ago so that I'll always know where it is even if the water is high.

Hopefully, the "thugs" will keep cutting more and more off it during extreme low tides, and soon it will be cut down low enough that it will only be a hazard when the tide is really low.
