i wondered if Puerto Penasco has many guys like I ran into yesterday.I met a guy from San Francisco begging for money at the Ley in Sonoyta yesterday.Twenty years in the tradesin San Francisco and now living on the streets in a county that doesn't view him as a Mexican.He lacks Proper I.D. To get a job.He is one of many.

Yes, lots of similar people here. They might have a BA from the states but they cannot get a job here because they are considered uneducated, they were not educated in Mexico !!
