Sonoran Rental Company Loan

Someone just informed me that the rental company for one or more of the Sonoran resorts was in trouble and wanted to borrow money from the HOA so they could pay their employess. In addition to that the folks in the rental pool would not be receiving their checks. Does anyne know if this is a rumor or fact? Do we have another Las Palomas on our hands?

As an owner at the Sea and the Spa and after attending the Spa hoa meeting I will say there is some truth to your rumor and some rumor to the truth. Either way it is a matter to be settled by Owners, Board of HOA, and Rental Company. I will say it was a very professionaly run meeting and there were alot of answers to the questions I was seeking. There is NO doom and Gloom and this is not another Las Palomas situation.

Thanks for the information. We are thinking about purchasing at the Sea or Sun.

Is the managment company you are referring to Seaside Reservations? We heard they are in deep doo-doo. We heard they stopped paying their employees a while ago and haven't made rental payments to owners for a long time. Is this rumor or fact?
