Russ, great show. one suggestion... your laugh is a little too constant through out the show- to the point that it could be distracting. listening online or on the radio, every cough, umh or laugh is magnified. In any case this was my 1st time listening and I appreciate the info.

I laugh a lot! wrinkles only go where the smiles have been - - its all good thanks for the criticism though, that makes for a better show! Keep listening
