Resorts on Sandy BEach

I got a call from a previous renter that has rented at Las Palomas last time. She told me she had friends that live in RP come over to go for lunch at the resort. Later they all went to the pool. Security came up and asked their friends if they were owners. They said no they were guest of renters. Security told them they would have to leave. Renter can not have guest. Security then escorted them to their car. They said this is the policy at all resorts on Sandy Beach. I have never heard of this policy. I wrote Bella HOA but have not gotten an answer yet. What about other HOAS?

We visited and ate at the Azul bar at the Bella Serina 2 weeks ago, we used the pool without any hassle. We asked the waitress who served us and said no problem.

Last year we were visiting some friends who were staying at Las Polomas and went to the beach with them and security told us to leave since we weren't staying there.
Our friend went to the desk to get or buy a wrist band in order for us to stay and use the beach. That also happened to us when the Las Polomas first opened.

Whatever happened to open access to the beaches in Mexico for everyone.

The HOA in Cholla has no problem with you using their pool. Although it is better when the tide is in.

Last time I was down a Bella, there were a group of people that had come to eat aat Azul and then stayed to use the pool. I talked with them and they said next time they would come to Bella. What great advertising.
