99% of the people that call of my ads are fine. I have my price posted and dates. Last night the same guy called me 3 times. He offered me cash for three nights. I told him that was not my rate and that he had to pay thru the management company so that the taxes got paid and the HOA fees were paid. He told me no one else does that. I know lots of people that rent their units and they pay the tax and they pay the HOA impact fee. I did tell him that the HOA do have the power to evict a renter. Sure I know people that rent under the table and it was really bad when I was at Las Palomas. But I got out of there and I heard they have put a stop to that. The difference for three night was $43. Why would you take a chance of being caught for that small for an amount.

There are some cheap people in the world. Talked to a guy who was exceedingly proud that he got $5 off the rental of a hotel room. He said "I feel GOOD ! when I do that." with a fist pump for emphasis. Guy owns several condos and apt buildings in the states. TD managed properties for him for years and he screwed the business at the end. He was prolly real proud of that.

MMMmmmmm....... seems you are not aware of the things that happen in your own back yard much,,,,,,,, as a property manager I was TOLD to do things that I felt I could call the cops on the owners of the property, however there are ways to do things that actually you are abiding by the law, remember the whole world is exactly the same, poor or rich, north or south, the difference is in the amount of rules and regulations that are enforced in a daily basis what makes a country part of the category they fall in, GOOD and BAD coexist in ALL cultures and societies and the rules are the ones that lead the bunch the way they are (the rulers I mean)!!
