They're concerned about emissions....but permit junkers with C.O.N.D.E.F.A. plates to drive around Penasco, etc.

I guess from now on we should be getting ready for the great amount of "charangas" that will appear in USA since they can not be taken to Mexico anymore!! maybe with a permanent 3 day emissions pass!! we'll call it the USCONDEFA plate

That's what I was saying....they're already in Mexico....and permitted to drive around.....and I'd bet that none of them could pass an emissions test, let alone a safety test!!!

The best part about all of this is that Mexico is instituting a policy but using the United States resources to regulate their policy! So classic!!!!! lololol Mexico should have their own emission testing, what a joke!
