New Businesses on the New Malecon?

Since the construction on the Malecon has finally been completed I've read in unrelated threads about certain businesses getting ready to open, others closing and/or moving, changing menus, etc. Thought it'd be nice to pick your brains and get them in one thread.

To start the conversation: Portofino's has changed menus, apparently, but has it moved yet again? And speaking of Portofino's, has The Joint (from the old owners of The Thirsty Parrot) opened yet in the old old Porotfino location, next to Flavio's?

Anything in the old Thirsty Parrot spot?

The last location of Portofino's, across the street for La Roca, is now called No Solo Agua. The manager, Pino Noriega, told me they do not do anything Italian, except Pizza. They made the changes to appeal to the Mexican Market.

As of a few days ago, there was nothing in the Old Portofinos location next to Flavio's.

The old thirsty Parrot location is open under a different name, don't recall it though. Looks like La Palapa has closed, but not 100% sure of that one.

Sharkbite is still open. There is a relatively new place next to Sharkbite on the second and third levels, huge place, but never been there so I know nothing, It does appear to be a drinking establishment.
