Lovin it in RP!
Well on the heels of the Spring Fling fashion show we have this Saturday the Mermaids Market in the Shrimp Plaza, on the corner of Benito Juarez and Freemont.
Naomi has a bunch of new stuff she will be displaying and the other artist are bring cool stuff too! The tire art by Alma is outstanding, the jewelry that Judy Ridgeway is stunning, Tony Ballesteros has unique photos and corals that you will not find anywhere else, the ladies who crotchet plastic bags into usable items will dumbfound you. Victor Aleman is a huge supporter of the event as is Ricardo Monjaraz with his usable art made from propane tanks. Tamra will be there with her modified eclectic art, wearable art by Anda and Rich Dillon, and on and on. We should have about 20 different artist there including the Candy Lady - Marylin who makes awesome sweets!
If you are in town be sure to stop by and at least say hi. Meet some new people and enjoy the beautiful weather this Saturday. You will be glad you did.
