I know of one guy off josefa that fixes them. by the rest home. they sell tortillas nest door and a bigger market on the corner.

BTW, if you're talking an RV refrigerator (ammonia cycle)....if it ain't working, you've probably lost the coolant. Not sure if you'll be successful in finding anyone in town to fix it...
