No Rick did not locate his lost dog. It was sad because he really cared about his dog. We think some US folk picked him up and took him to the US. One local guy came and said he had the collar and knew where the dog was, Rick came down immediately, but no dog. Rick found another red heeler. He stops in and visits and donates dog food for the street dogs. He was shocked at the condition of most of the dogs he saw when looking for his. He apprecated the concern and efforts people put in to help when he was looking.
