Yes, thank you. No the service wasnt unsatisfactory, the young man working had the yak right in front of the resort just like Tammy said on the phone. On that end everything worked out. It just felt like perhaps that was the only yak they had available or that there wasnt an option of picking up another yak and taking it and or having it delivered somewhere different. Other than that, just like she said it was right in front of Bella Sirena and it was ready to go the young guy working was cool, the yak was a really nice model and worked well. It just wasnt the place where I wanted to fish and I felt like basically that was the only option. When I was talking to her on the phone it didnt seem like there were other options like hey if you dont want to use that one I have others, we can deliver or you can pick up. I just thought they had an actual store where you go and BOOM you rent the yak, throw it in your truck and go to wherever it is that you want to fish. I appreciate all the useful info that you and I assume thats your POPS gave me. I think this next time I will give them a couple of weeks notice and call ahead of time or send an email.
