-Use Seatbelt.
-Report any attempt of abuse from any authority.
-Request Identification of the authorities that acts in any unprofessional manner.
-If you’re ask by any police men for any money make sure to request to be taken to the Police Station to file a complaint.
-If given a ticket and its paid the same day it automatically gets 50% discount.
-Request Speak with Qualifying Judge.

I the 10 years I have been coming down to PP, I have never been hassled in Sonoyta or anywhere else for that matter.
Only one time I wouldn't say I was hassled...at a stop sign, a police officer some how noticed one of my kids in the back seat had removed their seat belt.
He pointed at her and said something in spanish but made a hand gesture to indicate put on your seat belt. Just a friendly warning.
Too bad the 50% same day discount doesn't apply in the US
