House repair and maintenance help

Looking for a recommendation for reliable maintenance help at the beach. Tried contacting Ishamel but no luck on cell or email. Does anyone know if he is out of town? Any other suggestions? We are coming down this weekend and were hoping to meet with someone about some projects. Many thanks! Really windy here...hope you are not blowing away down there!
