flash123az (my daughter) and I took your advice and worked with Barb (she really IS great!) and we went out on the About Time and had a ball. I caught the most fish (go me!). The 2 men in our group were put on big poles and had some crazy, hard hits but the monster fish were wise and managed to break loose. At one time my son in law hooked a big one and the fish took the line under the boat and the pole was hard to control so Janel (sp?) took the pole to help and was holding it down near the water when he lost it completely. That expensive rod/reel were gone, probably attached to a big grouper. Smart captain and crew took a little time and trolled with another line and ended up finding the pole still attached to the fish. Fought it for a few minutes but then the line broke so no legendary fish. However we all celebrated when the rod/reel were recovered and brought back on board.
All in all, a fantastic outing and we can't wait to go back.
